About Scottish Dental Care
Established in 2016, Scottish Dental Care is family-owned and operated by Dr Philip Friel and Christopher Friel. We are a clinically led and patient focused dental provider, offering high quality dental care to our patients across Scotland. Our expanding group of clinics across the country, our patients and our teams are at the heart of everything we do.
Granite City Dental Clinic has been part of Scottish Dental Care since February 2022. This is a 4-surgery clinic in the city centre area of Aberdeen making it easily commutable from anywhere in the Aberdeenshire area. The practice has been recently refurbished to a high specification and is close to our other clinic in the area for cross clinic support. There is a large patient base with a mix of NHS and Private treatment options with referral routes within the group for more advanced treatments including; Dental Implants and Invisalign. You will join a well-qualified support team and this clinic is also a VT training practice.

Despite being a fairly small city, there is a vibrant range of artistic and cultural attractions in Aberdeen, which are spread across galleries, museums and performance venues.
Aberdeen is a fantastic area for outdoor pursuits; from mountain bike trails and hiking to paddleboarding and skiing, you will find your outdoor adventure in Aberdeen.
The city is well served by national rail connections, there are regional and local train services to various parts of the UK, including overnight sleeper trains to London as well as regular flights from Aberdeen airport.
